Our policy at the Moroccan Society for Endometriosis and Reproductive Medicine (MSERM) lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since purchasing an article, subscribing to an annual membership, or purchasing a book, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have received and inspected you, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you to agree or deny a refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed, and within a certain period of days, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
