This MSERM Medical Society of Morocco MSERM Diploma of Endometriosis Surgery (DES), delivered in conjunction with EEL, is a Duration of 2 Years, Dedication 400 Hours, Modality: Attend in person, DES program, designed specifically to cater for busy healthcare professionals. Drawing on the expertise of national and international experts in obstetrics and gynecology, the program provides learners with advanced knowledge and skills to enhance the health of women.
The objective is to give a solid grounding in the management of common and important obstetrics and gynecological issues.

What will you learn?
Endometriosis surgery aims to reduce endometriosis-associated pain by removing all visible endometriosis and any associated adhesions.
The surgical procedures that may be performed during an operative laparoscopy include:
- removal or destruction of endometrial implants
- removal or destruction of ovarian endometriosis (endometriomas)
- removal of adhesions
- removal of deep rectovaginal and rectosigmoid endometriosis
- removal of the uterus (hysterectomy)
- removal of one or both ovaries (oophorectomy)
- surgery of the bowel or bladder
- laparoscopic uterine nerve ablation (LUNA) and presacral neurectomy (PSN).
